Mens Music Jam

The Men's Music Jam group will start on Monday July 18th and run for six weeks. This group will be for men who are currently struggling with their mental health. It is for those in hospital or recently discharged; receiving support from services, or those unwell in the community.

Participants can use a range of instruments to play and perform together. The emphasis is on attendance, participation, social connection & enjoyment. There are two facilitator's - one to direct & guide the music, with the other supporting participants with any mental health symptoms or issues if required. 

The group will run from 12.30pm -2pm
