Bob White

Bob has been Vicar of St Mary’s in Fratton for nearly 20 years. He is an active member and supporter of a number of community projects and initiatives. Born in Portsmouth he enjoys working with others to support the communities of the city.

Carole Damper

Carole Damper has been CEO of the E C Roberts Centre for 22 years. An organisation with a reputation for developing innovative responses to families who are struggling to improve their family’s difficult circumstances whether from homelessness or family breakdown.

Emma Woollard

Emma has been Executive Director of Finance at the University of Portsmouth for fifteen years. She joined the Board of Trustees of the Hive in October 2019.

Jessica Hughes

Jessica is the Community Investment Manager for the Southern Co-op. With over 12 years of experience in building relationships between businesses and community organisations, she is passionate about creating a culture of neighbourliness where people take action every day.

Mark Scarborough

Mark worked in education for over 36 years in four different local authorities. He established the Pompey Study Centre and was a member of three national working parties to champion the needs of vulnerable children. Later he became an Area Education Officer, overseeing services for 100 schools. Mark now volunteers at the hospital and is a member of Cosham Rotary Club.

Nick Ralph

Nick is Director of Social Enterprise and Engagement for the Church of England in Portsmouth and Winchester. He supports Churches with community engagement, and oversees the Good Neighbours Network in Hampshire. He is a residentiary canon at Portsmouth Cathedral.

Nicola Youern

Nicola has been CEO of the YOU Trust for over 20 years. The You Trust provides support to people in such specialist areas as Homelessness, Learning Disabilities, Domestic Violence and Abuse, Mental Health, Older Persons, Young People and Advice Services.

Rory Massey

Rory is the Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Age UK Portsmouth. He was born and raised in Portsmouth and takes great pride in fulfilling the Trustees role for HIVE Portsmouth.

Sandy O'Neill

Sandy is the Chief Officer of Citizens Advice Portsmouth, passionate about volunteering and social action - I firmly believe that everyone has a value and would love to see the HIVE be a catalyst for helping the people in Portsmouth discover theirs and use it for the good of the City as a whole.
