ANA offers a twelve week abstinence based primary treatment for alcoholism and drug addiction. In addition, we offer individually tailored detoxification programmes. Our aim is to help our clients rebuild their lives, to gain in confidence and self-worth and to really believe that they can live a healthy, responsible and productive life, free of addictive substances.

Anchoring Minds is an emotional wellbeing service within Solent Mind providing support in the community to Royal Navy and Royal Marine families in Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport and the Isle of Wight, in partnership with the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and Solent NHS Trust.

We are a talking group for men over the age of 18 who may be going through a storm, may have been through a storm or may feel there is a storm brewing in their lives.

Aquilis was established in 2006 and is a team of qualified counsellors / psychotherapists who came together initially to provide counselling for the staff of Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As our strong reputation spread, we worked with more people and began to offer counselling to the general public and to external organisations. In more recent times we have made the decision to focus on working with PHU members of staff only.

A refreshing, new approach to rehabilitation was desperately needed so in 2006 we launched ARC – A new kind of UK rehab for alcohol and drugs.
