Bailando with Sally is a movement-based project that promotes mental health and wellbeing by encouraging people to connect deeply with themselves and others through dance. It offers a safe, creative space for emotional release, self-expression, and healing.
Within Bailando with Sally, the artistic initiative Alchemy of Art brings together different art forms to celebrate cultural diversity and resilience. Through immersive performances, it fosters connection between performers and audiences, inviting everyone to step away from routine, reconnect with their inner world, and feel part of a more integrated, compassionate society.

Group consists of people of all ages and we get anything from 10-30 people each week.

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor, (Dip). and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

I am pleased be based in a marina setting that has outstanding views and tranquillity. I am able to offer bespoke, effective counselling on a 1-1 basis, to individuals who are at a point in their lives where they recognise a need for change.

Deciding to enter a counselling relationship can be a challenging step to take. It’s brave to recognise when you need help and support. We all need support at some point in our lives.

I am an empathetic person who will listen to your issues without judgement but with understanding. So, whether you have one issue or many, we can work through them together. Whether it’s short-term counselling or long term, I will be there with you on your journey to discovering what it is that is holding you back.

I will support you fully as you make changes to get your life back on track to feeling happy and fulfilled. I have 15 years’ experience in working with individuals with a variety of issues in assisting them in overcoming hurdles.

I have also worked with people with Mental Health issues, low self-esteem, low confidence, anxiety and depression, loss, anger, fear, co-dependence and jealousy. Quite often the reason for these feelings lies deep within us. I will support you whilst you discover the reasons for these feelings and help you to reconcile with yourself for a better way forward in the future.

At Belmont Castle Care Home in Bedhampton, the facilities that we have available allow us to provide care for residents with a variety of needs. With panoramic views and numerous amenities and rooms which residents can make their own. Our specialist care services are suited for residential, dementia and respite care, with a variety of activities for residents to enjoy and interact with each other. Our staff help each resident feel at home and continue to live independently as much as possible. We are adaptable to any needs you may have to ease the process of settling in.

Belmont Castle Care Home has an abundance of features for residents to enjoy at their leisure. These include a vintage cafe, luxurious lounges, bright themed dining spaces and reminiscence corners. Outside, the home boasts a lovely, landscaped garden, which is much loved and used by residents and their families on the warmer days.

Belmont Castle is home to 40 residents. Offering dedicated residential care and specialist dementia care – the home provides outstanding care to male and females over the age of 65, both for long and short-term stays.

Bereavement Care is a leading bereavement organisation in the South of England, offering face-to-face, telephone, Skype and online support. We offer free bereavement support and advice to people in Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Weekly coffee morning and monthly lunch. There is no charge but donations are welcome
