St Faith's ChurchThe vision is of a Parish which seeks to value and affirm the gifts of all people and to provide a place of prayer, worship and welcome for all in the Parish. The desire is to develop ‘centres of excellence’ both of worship and of community involvement and use. The need is for the 3 Churches to recognise their interdependence and yet value their independence; to try to strike a balance between acknowledging the value of our common life, yet also valuing the qualities and style of the 3 Churches, similar to how the Trinity interacts. The priorities for the Parish are building up the life of each Church and of the Parish and looking at how each Church needs to be developed as a resource for its local community. Each Church has a potential that is being explored which helps fulfil the need to build up the spiritual life of the whole Parish and to encourage people in their journey of faith.

St James’ ChurchWe’ve been serving God and the people in Milton and Eastney for over a century and a half – and we love it.
Today we’re a sociable, friendly and diverse group of people. I hope you’ll find something that interests you amongst all that goes on at St James, whether that’s in our worship or any of our activities together, or whether you’re interested in a wedding or a christening. We want to be alongside people in their joys and their sorrows – and we want to nurture the community we’re part of and which we serve. |
St Johns Ambulance - Hospital Transport ServiceNon-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) are for people who need to travel to or from hospital or a medical appointment but are unable to travel without specialist support. For example, if you struggle to walk or need extra support during your journey due to a medical condition.
Most people attending a healthcare appointment or using healthcare services are expected to be able to arrange their own transport. |
