Our Apprentice Open Evenings are your opportunity to visit and explore early careers opportunities at BAE Systems for 16 year olds+

As a BAE Systems apprentice you’ll help to serve and protect the people who serve and protect the UK, by supporting development and manufacture of maritime defence technology.

A workshop for anyone who is pregnant and their birth partner, to prepare for labour and birth.

Schools, academies and colleges need people to fulfil a range of rewarding roles to help support children and young people.

Teach Portsmouth returns to Central Library (third floor) on Thursday 1 May from 10am - 11:45am and 12pm - 2pm with exhibitors who will help you find training or employment in education. Schools, academies and colleges need people to fulfil a range of rewarding roles to help support children and young people. 

All within a friendly and welcoming pottery studio setting. By the end of the course you should have several pottery pieces that will be yours to keep! You will be in a group with fellow potters so the course is a wonderful way to meet others, to explore your creative side and build confidence at the same time.

Location:

This course helps you learn basic computer and digital skills while improving your English. You will learn how to use a computer, navigate the internet, and send emails. We will also teach you how to use smartphones and tablets. The course includes activities like typing, searching for information online, and using social media safely. With simple and clear instructions, you will gain confidence in using digital tools. Join us to develop essential digital skills and enhance your English in a supportive and friendly environment!
