The emotional strain that can sometimes happen when caring for some can lead to loneliness and isolation. The Carers' Breaks cookery sessions bring together carers who want to make healthy, quick, and easy meals, whilst forming friendships and ties to their community.

The sessions take place at the Carers' Centre (117 Orchard Road, Southsea) on the following days:

• Monday mornings - 10.30 to 12.30

• Thursday mornings - 11.00 to 13.00

• Friday afternoons - 12.00 to 14.00

This is an opportunity to talk directly to around 60 inspiring employers, FE colleges, and training providers. The exhibitors in attendance will be able to answer your questions about future education, jobs, training and apprenticeships. 

If you want to start a new career in education, come along to the Teach Portsmouth Support and Teaching Assistant Jobs Fair on Wednesday 20 November at Cosham Community Centre from 10am - 11.45 and 12pm to 2pm for one of two identical sessions.
