Stretch and Relax is a donation-based yoga course which takes place every Wednesday morning, from 7 May – 24 September 2025, at Victoria Park (Anglesea Rd, Portsmouth, PO1 3HJ). Sessions are run by Kat Waters. All abilities are welcome. We meet next to the new greenhouse outside in the park for a 10am start, finishing at 11am.

This is a great way to try yoga for the first time, and an opportunity to spend more time outdoors, in the peaceful surroundings of the park.

The Get Gardening Club at Portsmouth Community Allotment will be taking place every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm.  Have a go at growing food, learn gardening skills, and connect with others.  These sessions are open to both beginners and experienced gardeners, whether you have never picked up a trowel or have gardened for 30 years.  It's a great way to learn about growing food and pass skills on to new generations, feel free to bring a snack to enjoy in the seating areas.
