Every Friday we have a friendly, open and fun group-singing initiative perfect for ages 18+ and all singing abilities. 

Meet new people, enjoy a range of exciting and varied songs and enjoy a complimentary tea/coffee.

The weekly sessions are £1.50 (pay as you go), 9-10.30am. 

The group will be held in our Stalls, which is fully accessible and can be found on Albert Road.

Our events take place every Sunday (unless advised otherwise). We meet at Hilsea Lido car park PO2 9RP. 09.15 for a 09.30 start.

We offer 2 courses. A 2K and 5K so there is something for everyone. People are often worried about being slow (not a word we understand). It is up to the individual what they choose and we will support them all of the way. The 2K course is popular with families and people returning to exercise.

Weekly Dementia Drop-in with Zena – Clinical Nurse Specialist from Remind.

For anyone who is living with or supporting someone with dementia within postcodes PO1-PO7.

Every Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

No need to book, just pop in and you can talk to Zena about symptoms, medication or any concerns you may have.

This first VOS Drop-In for 2022 will take place on Wednesday 12th Jan 2022  2pm to 6pm (last registrations at 5.30pm) in the Royal Maritime Club, Queen Street, Portsmouth.

Joining Forces Portsmouth provides free befriending support and a range of social activities for lonely or isolated military veterans and their dependants in Portsmouth and the surrounding area.
