Our drop-in groups are suitable for anyone suffering from grief or loss. You don't need to register or pre-book, simply turn up on the day. This can be done in combination with our counselling service, or on it's own.

Free-to-attend peer-to-peer support group for men aged over 18 every Monday Night at 7pm except Bank Holidays at:
