Weekly Dementia Drop-in with Zena – Clinical Nurse Specialist from Remind.

For anyone who is living with or supporting someone with dementia within postcodes PO1-PO7.

Every Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

No need to book, just pop in and you can talk to Zena about symptoms, medication or any concerns you may have.

The emotional strain that can sometimes happen when caring for some can lead to loneliness and isolation. The Carers' Breaks cookery sessions bring together carers who want to make healthy, quick, and easy meals, whilst forming friendships and ties to their community.

The sessions take place at the Carers' Centre (117 Orchard Road, Southsea) on the following days:

• Monday mornings

• Thursday mornings

• Friday afternoons

As well as taking part, there’s also opportunities to volunteer and help run the sessions.

The All Saints Drop-in provides a social space for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants to meet people and access professional advice, signposting and advocacy. 

The Drop-in takes place between 10am and 1pm on Thursdays at All Saints Church, Portsmouth.  Refreshments  are available.
