Come along to our new support group for people from the South Asian community, who are providing care and support to family, neighbours or friends.

The group aims to provide a safe space to think about ways to support your own wellbeing and good mental health.

Time: 11.30am to 1pm.

Being a carer can become a huge part of your life, impacting every aspect and for many people the other parts of their life take a back seat. When that caring role ends, either due to recovery, a move to  residential care or a bereavement, the change can be unexpected and incredibly challenging.

Carers Information Session

Join us for a carers estate planning workshop with Coop Estate Planning, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

Information session provided by the Co-op Legal and Estate Planning service which covers topics such as Lasting Power of Attorney, Wills and Inheritance. You will learn how to plan ahead to avoid complicated inheritance situations for your family in the case of divorce, separation or new partners.

This is a free event for unpaid/informal carers only.

From personal or emergency alarms you can wear as you go about your day, to equipment to remind you to do certain tasks – it’s easy to find a set of products that work for you.

We recognise that everyone’s needs are different, and that your circumstances can change over time – so our friendly team is on hand to offer advice when you need us.
