From Monday 5 January 2026 your Housing Officers will be in your local community, offering you face-to-face support. The new Resident Surgeries are regular drop-in sessions designed to make it easier for you to get advice, ask questions and access housing services.

Buckland Community Centre : Wednesdays, 10am–3pm 

Stamshaw & Tipner Community Centre : Mondays, 10am–12pm 

Northern Parade Family Hub : Last Wednesday of the month, 10am–12pm 

Nickleby House Community Room : Fridays, 10am–12pm 

Pickwick House Community Room : Fridays, 1pm–3pm

Visiting us to make a payment? 

We can take card payments at these locations. 

For cash payments, request a Giro Payment Card and pay at any Post Office, visit the Civic Offices in the Guildhall Square, or Somerstown Housing Office.
