Endometriosis South Coast March support group, featuring the fantastic Lynsey Turner. 

Join us for a supportive, inclusive morning led by experienced support surrounding self-advocacy when living with endometriosis.

This session will be headed by Lynsey Turner Coaching, who will discuss:

• feeling confident speaking up in appointments
• preparing for consultations (and asking the right questions)
• navigating being heard when symptoms are dismissed
• protecting your wellbeing while advocating for care

The morning will look something like this: 

• 10:00–11:00 – Arrivals and chat – tea, coffee, and safe chats
• 11:00–12:00 – Self-advocacy session with Lynsey Turner
• 12:00–1:00 – Time to talk, share, and support one another

This support group is for everyone, whether you are newly diagnosed, brand new in your journey or a veteran in the fight against endometriosis - we want to share a coffee with you.
