Join us for a welcoming community cafe where guests help and prepare and cook the food that will be shared by everyone.  Cafe Karuna is a place to come together, get involved and enjoy the experience of making a meal side by side.

This is a safe and inclusive space where conversation is shared alongside food, and where everyone is invited to take part at their own pace.  Whether you come to cook, chat or simply be part of the community you are warmly welcome.
