Advice Portsmouth provides free, independent, impartial and confidential advice to people living in Portsmouth. Our Purpose is to give the right advice and appropriate support to help clients solve their problems

Our team of qualified professionals, support staff and dedicated volunteers provide general and specialist advice in social welfare advice in the fields of debt, welfare benefits, employment, housing, family and consumer law.

Buckland Soup Kitchen provides tea/coffee and a hot sit down meal in the hall at Buckland United Reformed Church. We generally have shoes and clothing available and occasionally sleeping bags.

Free My Meal Portsmouth

This group intends to connect free meals with recipients. We take no responsibility for what is cooked and what is provided. Our aim is simply to connect a meal with hungry humans that may not be able to afford a cooked meal at the present time.

No Limits

No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support to children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and Hampshire. Young people can come to No Limits for free support on a wide range of issues including housing, homelessness, debt, employment, relationships, sexual health, mental health and substance misuse. Support is offered at the No Limits Advice Centre in Central Southampton and through outreach work delivered in schools and colleges across Hampshire.
