Hilsea Lido Pool for the People Trust is a registered charity. Volunteers manage the charity & operation of Hilsea Lido, assisted by employed lifeguards. We are creating a sustainable future for Hilsea Lido & every year sees improvement and new opportunties for fun & activity. Apologies for being very quiet lately. The levelling up project is being progressed by Portsmouth City Council & we look forward to a regenated Hilsea Lido in 2025. In the meantime, we are very grateful to The Natural Floor Company, Cllr Russell Simpson & Riyadh Haque,Teaching Fellow from the School of Film, Media & Communication at University of Portsmouth for their great efforts in dealing with the recent damage at the Blue Lagoon.
