Our group aims to help alleviate loneliness and isolation for seniors (age 65+) who live on their own.

We are based at the CourtX tennis pavilion, on Eastern Parade. We now have opportunities seven days a week to get together, including coffee afternoons, lunches and suppers. We also arrange bus trips together to places of interest.
Opening Hours:
Fridays 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. at the CourtX Pavilion on Eastern Parade (Canoe Lake)
