Help With Personal Care

We strive to give an excellent service incorporating the wishes and requirements of both the Service User, their families and other professionals including GP’s, District Nurses, Continence Nurses and others.

We work with Social Services and have a large Service User base having to meet certain criteria set by Social Services.

Our care packages are reviewed regularly to ensure the quality of care, the requirements have not changed and that generally everyone involved is happy with the care provided.

Opened in February 2021 and rated Outstanding by the CQC in December 2024, Home Instead Portsmouth provides exceptional person-centred home care tailored to the individual.

Our carefully matched Care Professionals support older adults with companionship, personal care, dementia care, palliative and end-of-life care, live-in care, nail care, and healthcare support, helping people remain safe, independent, and connected to the place they call home.

With a minimum visit length of one hour, we believe quality care should never feel rushed. Our locally based, award-winning team focuses on building genuine relationships, promoting dignity and independence, and providing reassurance for families across Portsmouth.
