Hartford Court is a purpose-built care home set right in the heart of Portsmouth within the Guardian’s Gate housing development adjacent to St Mary’s hospital and has a team of dedicated, caring and loving staff who support residents and their individual needs.

At Kinross Residential Care Home, our aim is to ensure that our residents live comfortable, happy and fulfilled lives within a friendly and caring atmosphere. We aim to provide a standard of care that gives peace of mind to families who entrust us with the care of their loved ones. Whether they seek a comfortable home and assistance with everyday activities/tasks, more complex care or companionship of day care, we have the facilities and experience to care for our residents for as long as they need. We also offer short term respite, for those seeking care for their loved ones during a holiday or break.
