Swimming is great form of exercise for both the body and mind, why not come and join us for our inclusive swim session where you can swim in lanes or have a splash with family, friends and carers.

Southsea Rowing Club

Southsea Rowing Club is run by its members and offers coaching and support for new rowers. We welcome members from across Portsmouth and beyond. In racing season (May - September), we compete with other clubs all along the south coast. We also run regular socials events at the club. Taster sessions are available on request. To row on the water members must be able to swim 50 metres in light clothing.

Opening hours
New rowers (18+) are offered a 6 week Learn to Row course. Training is on weekday evenings all year round (Monday to
Thursday) and on Saturday mornings September to April

Junior training sessions (age 13+) are on Wednesdays and Thursdays (5.45 - 7.30pm).and Saturday mornings (September to April) between 8am and 11am.

Charges:
£15 per month for junior members (aged 12 to 18), paid by direct debit.
£20 per month for adult members (18+ - all ages welcome), paid by direct debit.

Children from 2 years old will develop basic tennis skills along with agility, balance and coordination. Delivered in a fun and friendly environment, players will learn how to work in groups and follow instructions, giving them a head start in school and other sports.

Victory Hants

Victory Hants offer inclusive sporting and leisure opportunities to individuals aged 16+ with a history of homelessness, mental health or in recovery from substance misuse issues, learning disabilities, physically unabled ,visually/hearing impaired, LGBT in order to raise confidence, build self esteem and to engage with community learning opportunities, training, work trials or volunteering opportunities to achieve self sustainable, self reliant futures.
