We work in partnership with disabled children and adults, their families and carers to provide a range of high quality, professional and confidential services.
As a charity that provides services to people with disabilities, we aim to be as inclusive as we can and actively represent the Voluntary and Community Sector through membership to the multi-agency SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Board set up by the Local Authorities to establish and implement a ’removing Barriers to Inclusion Plan’ for the locality a large part which relates to the development of inclusive and integrated services. 311-313 Copnor Road

MenWalkTalkWHAT IS MenWalkTalk?
Supporting Wellbeing. Building Communities. MenWalkTalk is a UK charity that creates safe, supportive spaces for men (18+) to walk, talk and connect with others. We organise free, volunteer-led walk-and-talk groups in parks, along seafronts, through woodlands and towns, bringing men together in a relaxed, pressure-free way to support their mental wellbeing. There’s no pressure to talk, no judgement and no expectations. Whether you want to open up, listen, or just meet new people, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. Every walk is built on the same simple belief: that walking side by side can change lives. |

Over 50 Live at Home Schemes now operate across the UK, enabling older people to maintain their independence and live more fulfilled lives. These services aim to relieve social isolation and encourage older people to take an active part in the communities in which they live. Trafalgar Place
