Welcome to Appletree Support, a professional led home care service, with 15 years of experience. We provide Specialist Clinical Care in complex care for children & young adults.

We provide care and support to children and young adults with complex health care requirements, additional needs and disabilities.

The Portsmouth Baby Bank aims to help alleviate child poverty and support families during times of financial and emotional stress, whilst reducing waste and promoting reuse of items.

We collect baby clothes, maternity items, toiletries, equipment, cots, prams and toys that are pre-loved, and pass them on to families in need.

Our service is provided free of charge and we receive referrals from a whole range of professionals who are in contact with families.
