Voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations across Hampshire and IOW, Portsmouth and Southampton are coming together in a new Health and Care Alliance to work closely with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System and partners.
VCSE organisations of different shapes and sizes from across the whole area are encouraged to be a part of HIVCA! Together the alliance can represent the VCSE sector, amplify the voice of residents, and help the ICS design and deliver services that support the health and wellbeing of all our communities.
If you're an organisation that works with young people or with a focus on mental health, then once you join HIVCA there will be an opportunity to be elected as a funded representative, as these are two areas the ICS and HIVCA are focussing on to start with. If your organisation has a different focus to these, there will still be opportunities to share your experience and input your ideas.
HIVCA assembly members can also put themselves forward to be on the HIVCA leadership committee.
You can be involved in the Assembly as much or as little as you like, but we encourage you to join so you can keep up to date with developments and input into the issues that matter to you and the communities you work with.
