Having tricky conversations with your staff and volunteers can be a real challenge, particularly within the voluntary sector.
When we asked, through a recent survey, what support and training would be most useful for your organisation, navigating such conversations was near the top of the list.
BAE Systems Maritime will be offering FREE advice about how to broach these difficult conversations about issues such as performance, lateness or grievances at a dedicated drop-in session in the city centre next week.
The friendly team will be available from 1pm – 4pm at the HIVE Portsmouth Hub, Aggie Weston House, Edinburgh Road next Thursday (November 30)
