We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Community Mental Health Engagement Officer to engage with the community and support the lived experience network of those who have a lived experience of mental health and are sharing their experience to contribute to making positive changes to community mental health services in Portsmouth.
The role is for 18.5 hours a week, and you'll be supporting the facilitation of community-based and statutory services and ensure that residents with lived experience have the opportunity to engage with and lead community projects.
You'll need to demonstrate a good understanding of HIVE Portsmouth’s goals and have a track record in establishing positive partnerships and professional relationships. You’ll be confident and tenacious and someone who will seek solutions to emerging issues to maintain partnerships and seek out appropriate opportunities for the project to succeed.

Salary: £25,000 pro rata
