We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hub Development Officer to support the development of our co-working space offer and local community engagement initiative in Paulsgrove.
If you're someone who's passionate about the VCSE sector in Portsmouth and who wants to facilitate partnership working, collaboration and learning, we want to hear from you.
The role is for 22 hours a week, and you'll be ensuring access to the Hub daily and engaging with VCSE organisations at a local level to help them grow, create solutions to challenges, build local connections and champion collaboration, learning and sharing within the sector.
You'll need to demonstrate a good understanding of HIVE Portsmouth’s goals and ensure that the role of HIVE Portsmouth is clearly communicated. WIth experience of working within a community setting, you'll be passionate about working in partnership to influence positive change and will work with the VCSE sector to ensure the Hub initiatives are successful and financially sustainable.

Salary: £25,000 pro rata
