Health and Care Portsmouth has commissioned the digital emotional health and wellbeing service Kooth, a service delivered by Kooth Plc, to provide free online counselling and emotional wellbeing support to young people aged 11-18 years (up to 19th birthday) in Portsmouth. Care leavers and those with an EHCP can access the service up to their 25th birthday.
