Fireworks Display

The skies above Southsea Common will explode into colour with a huge fireworks display on Tuesday 4 November.

The site opens at 4pm, with stalls and entertainment for the whole family. Then, the big event itself is scheduled to take place from 7pm.

A variety of hot food and refreshments will be available on site, as well as a funfair to keep the family entertained.

Live music highlights include:
Amba Tremain's Floor Fillers (4.30pm) - Soulful vocals and dancefloor favourites in a high-energy set.
Tash Hills (5.55pm) - The Portsmouth Music Award winner will deliver a vibrant mix of modern soul, funk and disco.

On-site facilities will include toilets, first aid, a visitor information point and a separate welfare tent - including a lost child point, lost and found, ear defenders, and seating space for anyone feeling overwhelmed.

Attendees are advised to plan their journeys in advance, given the expected high levels of attendance. Allow extra time to reach the site and consider taking the bus, renting an e-scooter, cycling or walking where possible for a hassle-free experience.

The event will end at 8pm.
