Mindful Art in the Park - Creativity for your Wellbeing

Join the team for a gentle, creative session in the heart of Portsmouth's beautiful Victoria Park.

Mindful Art is about slowing down, connecting with the moment, and letting your creativity flow without pressure or judgment. Whilst being surrounded by trees, birdsong, and fresh air, the session takes place within the warm and tranquil Greenhouse space — a perfect setting to pause and unwind.

No experience is needed — just come as you are, bring your curiosity, and enjoy some time for yourself. The session is free, and so are the refreshments. All materials are provided. Whether you're looking for relaxation, inspiration, or a chance to connect with others, this session offers a gentle creative escape in the middle of the city.
