New support available at our Paulsgrove Community Helpdesk

Starting this Monday, members of Portsmouth City Council’s Council Tax Team will be joining us at the Paulsgrove Helpdesk to offer free, face‑to‑face support.

They’ll be on hand to:

🔹 Give advice on council tax bills and payments

🔹 Answer questions about your account

🔹 Help you understand discounts, exemptions and reductions

🔹 Support you if you're struggling or unsure what to do next

📍 Paulsgrove Housing Office, 195a Allaway Avenue, PO6 4HG

🕒 The first session is this coming Monday, 9 Feb, during our usual Helpdesk opening hours: 10am–2.30pm. 

After that, they’ll be with us once a month, on Mondays, 10am–2.30pm.
