April Endometriosis Support Group – Friday 11th April, 10am–1pm

Join us for a welcoming and supportive morning to connect with others who understand the realities of living with endometriosis.

This month we’re delighted to welcome Jeannie Lymath from Solecare Healing, who will be talking about crystal healing—what it is, how it works, and how it may support relaxation, emotional wellbeing, and pain management.

Morning structure:
• 10:00–11:00 – Arrive, chat and refreshments – tea, coffee, and gentle conversation
• 11:00–12:00 – Guest session with Jeannie Lymath
• 12:00–1:00 – Time to connect – sharing stories, questions, and peer support

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, years into your journey, or supporting someone you love, you are welcome. There is no pressure to speak—come to listen, to learn, or simply to be in a space where you feel understood.

What works for one person may not work for another, but no one should have to navigate endometriosis alone. Tea and coffee provided. We look forward to seeing you.
