Dementia Drop-in - Supporting Dementia Action Week

To mark Dementia Action Week we're hosting a friendly informal Dementia drop-in session.

This session is open to anyone affected by dementia and offers the chance to:P

• Connect with local support groups.
• Access emotional and practical support.
• Learn about services and resources in your area.
• Talk openly in a safe, supportive space.

No appointment needed - just drop in

People living with dementia, family, carers, family members and friends are all welcome.
