Tonic Rider provides bespoke mental health training and support to music industry professionals based in the UK. As part of this programme, we offer a series of online Peer Support Groups with the support of Help Musicians. Groups are delivered as weekly 90 minute sessions over six weeks exclusively for music industry professionals.
Up to 12 participants attend each group which is facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor with experience of working in the music industry. Sessions are online within a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space for participants to share experiences and gain the benefits of understanding, validation and support.
Your first time on the Tonic Rider programme?
You will need to register once and have a booking appointment before being enrolled onto the Tonic Rider programme. Once you have had your booking appointment you will be able to apply for any of the Tonic Rider courses, groups and workshops. Please do not apply until after you have had your booking appointment and your enrolment is confirmed.
This SUPPORT GROUP is FREE to attend
If you are a musician or work in the music industry you are eligible to attend this support group for FREE. You must have already registered once for the Tonic Rider programme before applying to attend.
