Portsmouth Temple of SpiritualismWelcome to the largest Spiritualist Church in Portsmouth. We have been at this site since 1908, but the present two-storey building was opened in 1940.
We are fortunate to have two meeting spaces and a separate Healing Sanctuary with relaxing chairs. Stairs and a Stannah Chair Lift are available to take you to the upper floor. Temple is open on Sundays for a Service @ 11am including Healing Meditation, Philosophy & Communication. Also open on Wednesdays for Spiritual Healing 1.30-3.30pm & 6.00-7.30pm. There is a Coffee Morning each First Saturday of the month 10-12, with Private Readings £10, Healing & Sale of Spiritual Books, Cards & Crafts. Development Classes 7-8.30pm - Awareness - Friday fortnightly. Charges - Donations and small charges. Cash only. A warm welcome awaits Everyone! |

The Chaplaincy Centre and Prayer Rooms are found in St Paul's Road, PO5 4AQ. It is available to all students and staff for a confidential chat, somewhere to have lunch with friends, or just some quiet space. We'll listen to you confidentially about whatever you want to explore. Our Chaplains have pastoral skills that can help with establishing values, meaning and purpose for living. |
Portsmouth Victoria Nursing AssociationThe Charity provides help to local sick or disabled individuals who are also in financial need. One off grants may be made to purchase services or equipment which are not provided by either the state or the NHS and which will directly assist a person’s medical need or improve their quality of life. Support is also given to the Community Nurses by providing help with training courses, books and special equipment not normally funded by the NHS.
