The Portsmouth Wellbeing Service supports Portsmouth residents to stop smoking, drink less alcohol and achieve a healthy weight through eating well and moving more.

The Wellbeing Service can only support residents of Portsmouth who live within PO1-PO6.

However, we can support those that work in Portsmouth to stop smoking.

Supports: 1-2-1 appointments, drop-in clinics for Stop Smoking and Healthy Weight Groups are also included in the support offer.

Portsmouth Young Carers Project provides a range of support options to young carers in the city, the services are provided by Portsmouth City Council.

The Power of Self Esteem Course is experiential and will give you the opportunity to understand and find inner strength to break free and create what you really want in your life.

Please note: we support age 21+

The course is free to residents of Paulsgrove and Wymering. Please contact us regarding the fee if you live outside of this area.

Access to mental health nurse on the first Thursday of every month.
Onsite childcare - every Thursday afternoon from 1-4pm.

Rowans Hospice has a team of Clinical Psychologists, counsellors, and trained volunteers who provide bereavement support accessible by individuals bereaved of a person who had been under the care of any Rowans Hospice service. Self-referrals welcome. You might also consider attending at Rowans Living Well Centre where bereavement support is offered by the team of trained nurses and support workers.
