Tonic Music for Mental Health is a charity based on the south coast of England. We promote good mental health through music. We already have a proud history and have helped many isolated and vulnerable people in our community.

Tonic Music for Mental Health runs two programmes.

Recovery Through Music:

​The Recovery Through Music programme provides safe and supportive environments for people to come together, learn new skills, get creative, and make new friends.

The free-to-attend programme comprises a Music Jam and Vocal Groups. We support people both within and outside of mental healthcare services. Tap here to get involved!

We also collaborate with the NHS and local authorities to provide music workshops further afield. ​Tonic services complement the traditional support provided by public sector mental health services.

Tonic Rider:

The innovative Tonic Rider programme promotes good mental health in the music industry by providing bespoke training and support to music industry professionals, both remotely and at venues.

Many people working in the music industry experience mental health issues. They can be brought on by the highs and the lows, the touring, the late nights, and the lifestyle. The industry can be volatile and competitive, with no financial security. This leaves music industry professionals vulnerable to developing mental health issues.

Tonic Rider addresses this by providing mental health-related training and support, tailored to the music industry. Our training and support include a Peer Support Group, Mental Health First Aid training, mental health guides, Tonic stands at festivals and events, and various other groups, workshops and courses. Tots Tennis (2-4 years) PAYG

Children from 2 years old will develop basic tennis skills along with agility, balance and coordination. Delivered in a fun and friendly environment, players will learn how to work in groups and follow instructions, giving them a head start in school and other sports.

Our training is designed and delivered by our team of accredited disabled trainers who will share their lived experience of a disability.

Employees at all levels of your organisation probably need to be better informed about disability, including the practical issues that might arise.

Disability Equality Training will extend their understanding and help them capitalise on the value that disabled customers and employees bring.

TRACOuk is a UK based furniture and equipment (F&E) clearance and storage business. We clear just about anything and everything from all sectors including Industrial and offices. We take those unwanted assets and we keep them in use for longer by re-selling, re-using, donating or recycling.

We offer medical care, emotional support and practical help to anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted.

The Crisis Worker team at Treetops SARC provide independent advocacy and support with practical matters, they can introduce you to other support services, for example Independent Sexual Violence Advisors, as well as providing confidential telephone advice.

Depending on the type of assault and when it happened, we can offer a forensic medical examination to collect evidence. This examination is important because we want to look after your medical needs as well as collecting forensic evidence. You may be at risk of pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections (STI’s); we can help you accessing emergency contraception and support you in accessing appropriate medical care.

We will only share your details with other services or agencies with your consent unless there is a concern that you or anyone else is at risk of serious harm. We have a legal duty to share information with other services if you are under 18.

What we do - Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) provides a supportive environment for victims of rape or sexual assault/abuse in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

We are in a discreet and secure location with free onsite parking.
