Southsea Rowing Club is run by its members and offers coaching and support for new rowers. We welcome members from across Portsmouth and beyond. In racing season (May - September), we compete with other clubs all along the south coast. We also run regular socials events at the club. Taster sessions are available on request. To row on the water members must be able to swim 50 metres in light clothing.

Opening hours
New rowers (18+) are offered a 6 week Learn to Row course. Training is on weekday evenings all year round (Monday to
Thursday) and on Saturday mornings September to April

Junior training sessions (age 13+) are on Wednesdays and Thursdays (5.45 - 7.30pm).and Saturday mornings (September to April) between 8am and 11am.

Charges:
£15 per month for junior members (aged 12 to 18), paid by direct debit.
£20 per month for adult members (18+ - all ages welcome), paid by direct debit.

Spirit in Sport is a not-for-profit community sports organisation which operates from St Jude's Church, Southsea.

Stroke Swim

Tai Chi Classes at Pyramids and Mountbatten Centre

Ages 1 - 4 years. Learn through play and song in this pool session led by a swim teacher. Experience the pool environment with toys, floats with group activities and free play time.
