Running group for autistic adults - Autism Hampshire with BH LiveAutism Hampshire has launched a brand-new free running group for autistic adults in Portsmouth, in collaboration with BH Live.
The group is open to all fitness levels and will meet once a month on Mondays, from 11am to 12pm. Whether you're completely new to running or looking for a relaxed, supportive space to get active, come and give it a go. Part of Autism Hampshire's Serendipity Community Groups which are a great way for autistic adults to meet in a supportive and non-judgmental setting. The Elizabeth FoundationThe Elizabeth Foundation is a charity supporting infants and preschool children with all degrees of deafness and their families.
