Somerstown Adventure Playground

Our adventure playground is staffed by fully qualified Play Workers who encourage imagination, confidence and independence.

We also have garden and roof areas that are regularly used in the summer months when the sun is shining. Somerstown has a great community feel and our volunteers are a shining example of how everyone comes together to support the staff and playground on a regular basis.

Stamshaw Adventure Playground

At Stamshaw Adventure Playground we offer a safe and fun environment for Children aged 6-13 years to play in. We have a large outdoor space with a huge pirate ship climbing structure, zip wire and various other play opportunities as well as in indoor space where our users can develop their creative side with a whole range of art and craft activities available.

We also have a splashpool area that is regularly used in the summer months when the sun is shining. Stamshaw has a great community feel and our volunteers are a shining example of how everyone comes together to support the staff and playground on a regular basis.

The Parenting Network

The Parenting Network is a non profit charitable organisation working to empower parents and build a supportive community of families who live within the city of Portsmouth.

We are a befriending service who actively listen to parents within our communities, providing advice, support and signposting towards more appropriate specialist services.

Our work with families is delivered through a series of engaging programmes that promote fun learning, strengthening family bonds and bringing people together whilst also tackling stigmas, gender stereotyping and social isolation.
