Victim Support UKHelp after crime
The Victim Care Service delivered by Victim Support provides free, confidential support for anyone affected by crime who are residents of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight aged 4 upwards. Our aim is to help you cope and recover from the effects of crime, in a way that suits you. We know that crime can impact people in many different ways, that's why we provide tailored support based on an individual's needs. |
Youth OptionsWe believe that every child and young person should have the opportunity to realise their potential, whatever their life circumstances.
Our mission is simple: to support those children and young people that need it most to engage, develop and become empowered to achieve a better future. We have been working with children, young people and their families since 1937 and will continue to do so until we have helped create a better future for our children and young people. We support children and young people across three key areas which focus on community youth work, targeted support, and providing opportunities for future development. We also run a variety of affordable childcare opportunities including preschools, and breakfast, after school, holiday clubs, and nature clubs. What makes us different? We recognise the positive impact that connecting to nature has on wellbeing and include nature-based activities across many of our projects and run our own Outdoor Learning Centres and nature clubs. We believe that every child and young person should have the opportunity to realise their potential, whatever their life circumstances. We listen to the voices of children and young people to help shape our work, building trusting relationships as well as providing challenge and motivation so they engage and develop. |
