MAKE in Fratton Aldingbourne TrustVenue: MAKE is a community hub in Cornwall Road. Everyone is welcome. It's one of the Aldingbourne Trust’s innovative projects supporting adults with learning disabilities and / or autism to develop skills within a variety of areas to enable people to lead independent lives and gain employment within the community. We love working with other organisations in the neighbourhood.
Opening Hours: Opening hours: Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 4.30pm A great space welcoming everyone. We run Events throughout the year. Please check our Facebook page for more information. Café Our friendly team welcome you and invite you to pop in for a cuppa and slice of our delicious cake or stay a little longer and enjoy a home cooked lunch or our famous pies! We do have a small children’s area for your little ones to play in whilst you relax with your friends. For special occasions, please get in touch with us as we can help with Afternoon Tea for a large group of friends and we can host Children's Parties. Large Charity Shop: We sell a range of great second hand items at really good prices. Children's and Adult clothing, homeware, books, toys and loads more. Managed by autistic/neurodivergent people, for autistic/neurodivergent people in Portsmouth. We want to help you with information, signposting, referrals, socialising, and peer support. We are open Monday - Friday. Where: Charles Dickens Community Centre, Lake Road, PO1 4DY One-to-one sessions can be booked around the session times above where needed. We support people over the age of 18, no diagnosis is needed. Working with local businesses, we provide meaningful opportunities for our ‘Supported Volunteers’ to contribute their talents, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills whilst at work – in doing so individuals are making a valuable contribution within the community.

The Stacey CentreAt the Stacey Community Centre we are dedicated to giving a friendly and helpful service welcoming our community in all that we do.
The Stacey Centre is run as a registered charity by The Stacey Community Association which is made up of local resident volunteers and trustees. The YOU Trust Into Work Service DisabilitiesThe Into Work service aims to help people with a learning disability to build their confidence and independence to overcome any hurdles people face in getting a job.
We also have a Autism and Neurodivergent (AND) Employment Worker who is supporting people 18+, PO1-PO6 postcode. We can support people with CV’s, interview practice, at an interview and on the Job Support when the individual starts a role. Portsmouth
