The Portsmouth Personal Assistant (PA) Noticeboard is a free website. It helps people who need support to find PAs looking for work. The PA Noticeboard does not employ PAs. It is an online platform for people to find each other.

People can post an advert saying what help they need.
PAs can create a profile and reply to adverts.
Any work or employment is agreed directly between the PA and the person needing help - not with the PA Noticeboard.
Before a PA’s profile is made public, they must:
• complete online training
• agree to a code of conduct
• have, or agree to, a DBS check
• if self-employed, provide proof of this
The website also has clear guidance for PAs and for people who need help.
