Church of the Resurrection

Our style of services could perhaps be best described as ‘middle of the road Anglican’. We use modern language orders of service in all our worship and try to combine dignity and reverence within a friendly and open approach. Familieswith children and babies are always welcome at our services.

Council for Social Responsibility

The Council of Social Responsibility (CSR) is an independent charity based in Portsmouth.

CSR runs a number of social programmes at mainly parish and diocesan level, although not exclusively in South East Hampshire, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. CSR seeks to encourage engagement, impact and leadership in the community by involving people of all faiths and none. In recent years, CSR has been changing its emphasis towards a more socially enterprising approach and this is producing substantial and exciting results.

Devonshire Avenue Baptist Church

Devonshire Avenue Baptist Church is a church in the heart of Southsea.
We are a friendly group of people of all ages, backgrounds and nationalities - but with a common desire to serve Jesus in our city.
Whether you live locally, or are visiting the area, we hope our website will introduce you to who we are and what we do. We hope we'll see you soon at The Avenue.

Drayton Methodist Church

Drayton United Church is a joint Methodist and United Reformed Church serving the local community. Message us if you would like to receive worship ideas and church notices by email, or if you'd like to know any more about our groups or activities.

We have two services each Sunday, at 10.00am and 6.30pm.
There is an additional communion service on the first Sunday of each month at 9.00am and at 9.30am we have a family friendly activity based worship in a cafe style setting and breakfast too.
A Sunday Club, ‘Reboot’, for young people aged from three years to teenagers meets in the halls on Sunday mornings from 9.45am. The club provides free-play activities, time to relax and age appropriate Christian teaching through games, activity and discussion.
After the morning service, adults and young people meet for coffee.
