Support With Mental Health

All Call Signs is a peer support organisation for all currently serving members of the UK Armed Forces and veterans.
We can also support immediate family members and partners in helping their loved ones or or accessing mental health and social support services themselves.

If you’re struggling with your mental health or are supporting someone who is, or you’re experiencing a complex social issue such as homelessness, substance misuse or poor quality of life, we can help.

We are a talking group for men over the age of 18 who may be going through a storm, may have been through a storm or may feel there is a storm brewing in their lives.

Our group meets at MAKE @ 7pm with sessions running every Monday @ 7pm except on Bank Holidays.

CAMHS stands for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. Specialist CAMHS services work alongside children/young people (and their families) whose risks, needs and functioning are impacting on their mental health.

Company of Makers exists to support ex-Service personnel and their partners with transitioning from military to civilian life, no matter how long it’s been since they left the Armed Forces.

Med3 Music is a Portsmouth based music group for people experiencing enduring mental health problems. We offer peer to peer support & social interaction for members who may otherwise be socially isolated through a shared musical experience.

No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support to children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and Hampshire. Young people can come to No Limits for free support on a wide range of issues including housing, homelessness, debt, employment, relationships, sexual health, mental health and substance misuse. Support is offered at the No Limits Advice Centre in Central Southampton, through outreach work delivered in schools and colleges across Hampshire, in the Emergency Department at two Hampshire hospitals and virtually via phone, email, web chat and Zoom.

We all need to look after our mental health, if you’re not sure where to get support for your mental health, call the phoneline which helps people to get the most appropriate mental health support they need before they reach a crisis point.

Anyone aged 16 and over can call the phoneline.

S.A.D. offers support to individuals and the friends and family of those dealing with the affects if stress, anxiety or depression. S.A.D Portsmouth's objective is to provide a support group that is FREE to all.
