Running group for autistic adults - Autism Hampshire with BH Live

Autism Hampshire has launched a brand-new free running group for autistic adults in Portsmouth, in collaboration with BH Live.

The group is open to all fitness levels and will meet once a month on Mondays, from 11am to 12pm. Whether you're completely new to running or looking for a relaxed, supportive space to get active, come and give it a go.

Part of Autism Hampshire's Serendipity Community Groups which are a great way for autistic adults to meet in a supportive and non-judgmental setting.

Sleep Medicine - Queen Alexandra Hospital

We are predominantly a service to diagnose and treat patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. We will occasionally diagnose other sleep disorders but don’t accept referrals directly for other disorders. Unfortunately we do not accept referrals or treat insomnia.

If you are not known to the sleep team, you will require a referral before we can assist you.
