Off The RecordOTR is here to provide emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people aged 11-25 in South East Hampshire and Portsmouth by offering a choice of counselling and group work options for young people, and parents / carers, so you can pick the support you feel will be most effective for your situation. Talking to someone in a counselling environment outside school, or home helps build your emotional resilience as you explore changes in your life or respond to traumatic events.
We understand that it might be nerve-wracking to make that first step but saying things out loud for the first time, in a safe space, can be life-changing! Check out our new look website for self help videos, advice, and how to self refer www.otr-south.org.uk and follow us on instagram @otr_hampshire 138 Purbrook Way

Rainbow Centre (The Rainbow Centre for Conductive Education)The Rainbow Centre provides help and support to children with Cerebral Palsy.
The Rainbow Centre was created by a small group of parents looking to provide the best help and support they could for their children with Cerebral Palsy. That search led to finding Conductive Education, a system of learning based on the simple concept of human potential that everyone has the capability to learn and develop, irrespective of their starting point. This is the Rainbow Centre’s DNA and over 30 years, the secret of our neuro rehabilitation success. Palmerston Drive
