Portsmouth and District MS SocietyWe now run a chair yoga group on a Wednesday morning from 11am to 12 noon at Fratton Community Centre. With several of us staying on for coffee or lunch after the session at the Community Centre's very reasonable cafe.
We run another seated yoga exercise group from 10.30 - 12noon on Mondays in the Community Room at Tesco Extra, Fratton Way, Portsmouth apart from the last Monday in the month which is a coffee morning from 10am - 12 noon. All welcome - family, friends, carers. We welcome all those with a neurological condition to our groups, please call for a chat on 07510752536 or email us at portsmouth@mssociety.org.uk or even better come along to our next seated yoga class. The Portsmouth and District Multiple Sclerosis Society provides a much loved and valued service for the community. We run a drop in on the First Tuesday of the month from 12noon to 3pm in the Community Room, at Tesco Extra, Solent Road, Havant PO1 9TR, Free tea & Coffee will be provided. Drop in and see us from 12noon to 3pm on the first Tuesday of every month. Pompey MultipleS meet up 6pm - 8pm at Swordsands Bowling Green right next to Portsmouth College. Recordings are now made from various locations, replacing the previous PATN studio. The service is available via USB’s (memory sticks) / the PATN website / Amazon Alexa.
