Menopause Cafe is a charity that provides pop up style cafe events for people to gather, drink tea and discuss menopause. This Menopause Cafés is a public event.

Our Menopause Cafés are offered:
In an accessible, respectful and confidential space
Open for all, regardless of gender or age
With no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action
On a not for profit basis

Portsea Menopause Cafe will be held in the cafe/ library area of John Pounds Community Centre typically on the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm.

We all need to look after our mental health, if you’re not sure where to get support for your mental health, call the phoneline which helps people to get the most appropriate mental health support they need before they reach a crisis point.

Anyone aged 16 and over can call the phoneline.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm

An inclusive, welcoming and safe space solely for women...
Every Wednesday & Thursday 10 - 4pm
Access to Recovery/Family Workers and Peer Support is available on both days.
Access to mental health nurse on the first Thursday of every month.
Onsite childcare - every Thursday afternoon from 1-4pm.

Whether you use mental health services in Portsmouth, support someone who does, or you're just looking to gain a better understanding of mental health, Solent Recovery College can help you become an expert in managing mental health and empower you to take control of your recovery journey.

S.A.D. offers support to individuals and the friends and family of those dealing with the affects if stress, anxiety or depression. S.A.D Portsmouth's objective is to provide a support group that is FREE to all.
