Relate is the UK's largest provider of relationship support. We help couples, families and individuals across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight get the most out of their relationships.

We provide lifelong support to those who are serving or have served in the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Marines or the Royal Air Force, and to their families. Founded in 1885, we’re extremely proud of our long-standing heritage and of all the work we do with inspiring people from Hampshire, across the UK and around the world.

Our support covers both regulars and reserves in the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the British Army and the Royal Air Force and their families, including anyone who has completed National Service. They are all entitled to lifelong support from SSAFA, no matter how long they have served.

We help all those affected by domestic abuse by providing innovative and unique services. We work to ensure that victims are supported to recover and perpetrators are supported to change their behaviour.

We are inclusive and work with each person as individuals, valuing their life experiences and know that we are all affected differently. We hope that together, we can get you back on the track you want to be on, helping you recover from life experiences, learning how to live alongside those experiences and gain meaning and purpose in your life.
