Portsmouth U3A is a fun and enjoyable way for those who are retired or semi-retired to keep active in an informal sharing and learning environment.

Open to anyone over 50 who is retired or semi-retired
Opening Hours:
Monday am: French Experience, Art Appreciation
Monday pm: French Reading Group, World of Books
Tuesday am: Spanish
Tuesday pm: History, Speakers & Members Forum
Wednesday am: English Poetry, Architecture
Wednesday pm: Board Games & Rummikub
Thursday am: Poems and Plays, Music Discovery
Thursday pm: Needles & Pins, Writing, Pelham Reading Group, Rummikub, Science & Technology
Friday am: Mah Jong,
Friday pm: Spirituality, Religion and Life
Saturday: Walking Group (once a month)

We offer a range of groups during term time run by our members for our members. No previous qualifications or skills are required, all you need is enthusiasm and an interest in the subjects you choose. You can learn new skills or refresh existing ones as well as making new friends, and there is a welcoming cafe where drinks and snacks are available.
